- What do you rent?
- We rent white folding chairs individually: $1.50 each with pickup or $2 each delivered, plus a location-based delivery fee. Six-foot rectangle tables are $10 each and 60-inch round tables $12 each for either option. Our stock is 75 chairs, 3 rectangle tables and 3 round tables, subject to date availability.
- Where do you deliver?
- Across Scarborough, North York, Toronto/East York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan — and the wider GTA. Not sure if we reach you? Just ask on the quote form.
- Do you set everything up?
- Yes. We deliver, set up your tables and chairs, and return to pick everything up after your event.
- How much does it cost?
- For the whole agreed rental period, chairs are $1.50 each with pickup or $2 each when delivered. The delivered chair rate replaces the pickup rate. Rectangle tables are $10 and round tables $12 each. A refundable deposit and the location-based delivery fee are separate. For example, 30 chairs cost $45 with pickup or $60 delivered, plus the delivery location fee and separate deposit.
- How much is delivery?
- The delivery fee depends on your location and is quoted separately. For a delivered order, chair rental is $2 each for the whole agreed period; that replaces the $1.50 pickup chair rate. Table rental rates stay $10 per rectangle and $12 per round. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. We confirm the rental, location fee and refundable deposit before you book.
- Is a deposit or hold required?
- A refundable security deposit is separate from the rental price. Its amount and method are confirmed on your quote, and your agreement explains its return or release and any deductions.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancellations must be in writing and approved: at least 24 hours ahead for pickup orders, and at least 48 hours ahead for delivery orders. See our Terms for the full policy.
- Do you take payment online?
- Not yet — for now we capture booking requests only. We'll confirm availability and arrange payment with you directly.
