Seated dinners and smaller gatherings
Choose 60-inch round tables when conversation around a shared table matters, or 6-foot rectangles for a flexible dining layout. We have 3 rounds and 3 rectangles. Plan for 8 guests per round for a more comfortable meal, or roughly 6–8 per rectangle, with the final count depending on place settings and space.
Buffets, gifts and dining need different tables
If a table is holding food, gifts or a cake, do not count it as guest seating too. Make a list of each table’s job before choosing quantities. Joining rectangle tables can create a longer serving surface, but buffet capacity depends on your menu and serving dishes; it is not a fixed number of guests per table.

- Yes. Add the quantities of each item to one request. Chairs are $1.50 each with pickup or $2 each delivered, plus a location-based delivery fee. We confirm availability for the full order before booking.
- How much do tables and chairs cost to rent?
- Chairs are $1.50 each with pickup or $2.00 each when delivered. The delivered chair rate replaces the pickup rate. Rectangle tables are $10.00 and round tables $12.00 each for either option. A location-based delivery fee and refundable deposit are separate. All item prices cover the whole agreed rental period, not each day.
- How much rental equipment do you have?
- Our inventory is 75 white folding chairs, 3 rectangle tables (6 feet) and 3 round tables (60 inches). Availability depends on your rental dates and other bookings. We confirm quantities before accepting a booking.
