Seating in quantity, on a real budget
Community and religious functions are where chair count matters most, and where a chair at $1.50 instead of five dollars changes what a family or a congregation can host. Two hundred chairs is $300 in rentals. The white folding chair is the right one for the job: light to set out in rows, easy to clear for floor seating, and plain enough to suit any setting.
Halls, homes and multi-day gatherings
Pricing is for the whole rental, not per day — so a gathering that runs Friday to Sunday costs the same as one afternoon. That suits functions that stretch across a weekend at home, and hall bookings where the room's own chairs need topping up. Tell us the venue's count and the dates; we'll bring the difference and collect when it's over.
Tables for the meal
Most gatherings end with food, and food needs tables: rectangles in a line for serving, rounds or rectangles with chairs for eating. A 6-foot rectangle serves a buffet line for fifty; two end-to-end handle a hundred. Both fold flat, so they stack against a wall while the room is in use for prayer and open up in minutes when the meal starts.

- Can you supply two hundred or more chairs?
- Yes — tell us the count and the date on the quote form and we'll confirm availability. Large orders for summer weekends should be booked early.
- Is the price the same for a multi-day gathering?
- Yes. Pricing is per item for the whole rental, with no day multiplier — a weekend costs the same as an afternoon.
- How much do tables and chairs cost to rent?
- Chairs are $1.50 each, rectangle tables $10.00 and round tables $12.00 — for the whole rental, not per day. Delivery is $2.00 per chair plus a fee based on your location; pickup from us in Scarborough is free.
- Do you set everything up, or just drop it off?
- We set up. Tables opened and placed, chairs unfolded where you want them, and we come back afterwards to fold it all away and load it out. You don't lift anything.
