Booking requests

Submitting a request does not confirm a booking. We'll confirm availability and pricing with you. No payment is collected online.

Rental prices & availability

One folding chair is $1.50 with pickup or $2.00 when delivered. These are alternative rental rates. One 6-foot rectangle table is $10.00, and one 60-inch round table is $12.00. Prices are per individual item for the agreed rental period, not per day. Table rates are the same for pickup and delivery. A refundable deposit and any location-based delivery fee are shown separately on your quote.

We have 75 chairs, 3 rectangle tables and 3 round tables in our inventory. Availability for your dates is confirmed before a booking is accepted.

Delivery & pickup

Delivery has a separate fee based on your location. The delivered chair rental rate is $2.00 per chair; it replaces the pickup chair rate and is not an extra per-chair handling charge. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. We confirm the full total on your quote before you book.

Delivery fees, where applicable, are due before delivery (typically 48 hours prior). We deliver, set up and return to collect the equipment after your event.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing and approved: at least 24 hours in advance for pickup orders, and at least 48 hours in advance for delivery orders.

Inspection & acceptance

Equipment is inspected and cleaned before delivery. On receipt, you are responsible for the equipment until it is collected, including reasonable care and protection from damage and weather.

Security hold

A refundable security/credit-card hold may be required to cover loss or damage. The amount and method are confirmed for your booking. Current replacement values per item are $27.00 for a chair, $70.00 for a rectangle table and $40.00 for a round table. Your agreement explains how the deposit is returned or applied to charges.

Identity checks

Your booking indicates whether an in-person ID check is required. If selected, we check the photo and name at handover and record that the check took place. The current booking process does not ask you to upload an ID photo or provide an ID number, birth date or copied ID address. If no check is selected, no ID check is required.

Full agreement

The complete Rental Agreement is provided with your booking and takes precedence over this summary.
