Chairs for Toronto backyards, halls and party rooms
Folding chairs can be arranged in ceremony rows or around dining tables, then folded when the room needs a different layout. Our inventory is 75 white folding chairs, subject to bookings on your dates. For outdoor use, choose a firm, level surface and keep space clear for guests to move.
Condo and apartment deliveries
Check your building’s delivery rules before choosing a time. A condo may require an elevator reservation, loading access or notice to the concierge. Include those details, the floor and any stairs in your request so we can agree workable delivery and collection windows.
Pricing across Toronto
Each chair is $1.50 with pickup in Scarborough or $2 when delivered, for the whole agreed rental period. The delivered rate replaces the pickup rate. A location-based delivery fee is separate, as is the refundable security deposit. There is no required chair set, and pickup is available by arrangement.

- Can you deliver to a condo party room?
- Yes, subject to access and scheduling. Tell us about the loading area, service elevator, floor and building rules when requesting a quote.
- How much do tables and chairs cost to rent?
- Chairs are $1.50 each with pickup or $2.00 each when delivered. The delivered chair rate replaces the pickup rate. Rectangle tables are $10.00 and round tables $12.00 each for either option. A location-based delivery fee and refundable deposit are separate. All item prices cover the whole agreed rental period, not each day.
- How much rental equipment do you have?
- Our inventory is 75 white folding chairs, 3 rectangle tables (6 feet) and 3 round tables (60 inches). Availability depends on your rental dates and other bookings. We confirm quantities before accepting a booking.
