Check the vehicle against the order
Send quantities, table shapes and vehicle details to discuss loading requirements. Do not assume a fixed number of chairs fits every sedan or SUV. Folded furniture still takes space; the vehicle opening and available cargo area matter as much as the vehicle type.
Arrange both ends of the rental
Pickup is by arrangement from our Scarborough base, with no additional collection fee. Obtain exact instructions with your booking rather than treating the location as a walk-in storefront. Confirm the return time and contact us before changing it because another booking may follow yours.
Compare the complete transport plan
Pickup uses the $1.50 chair rate; delivery uses $2 plus a separate location fee. Compare the totals with your ability to load, transport and return every item. If the order will not fit or venue access is difficult, request delivery before finalising the booking.
