Making a small East York yard seat forty
East York's older streets come with deep, narrow lots. The trick to seating a crowd in one is the 6-foot rectangle table: two or three of them end-to-end down the length of the yard make one long communal table that seats twenty a side and needs no room to walk around the outside. Add chairs on both sides and the whole thing fits where round tables never would. For a smaller dinner, a single round on the deck and chairs on the grass works too.
Close to Scarborough, so delivery stays low
East York borders Scarborough, which puts it in our lowest location-fee tier outside Scarborough itself. Delivery is $2.00 per chair plus that fee. We bring everything through the side gate or the house — folded, a table is four inches thick and a chair stack is an armful — set up where you want it, and return to collect.
Halls, churches and community rooms
Plenty of East York events are indoors: church halls off the Danforth, community centre rooms, a Legion. Our white chairs and folding tables are the same ones those rooms are usually furnished with, so what we bring matches what's already there when you need more seats than the hall holds. Tell us the room's own count and we'll top it up.

- We set up. Tables opened and placed, chairs unfolded where you want them, and we come back afterwards to fold it all away and load it out. You don't lift anything.
