Big family gatherings, done outdoors
Vaughan is where the largest backyard orders make sense: two hundred chairs and twenty rounds for a lot that can genuinely hold them. At that scale the numbers matter. Chairs at $1.50 and rounds at $12 mean seating two hundred at tables comes to a few hundred dollars in rentals, not a few thousand — which is the difference between a hall and the family home.
Long tables for a long dinner
For a communal dinner, rectangles end-to-end make one continuous table — twenty feet of it seats about sixteen a side. Three or four of those in parallel rows fill a wide Vaughan yard and seat a hundred and fifty with everyone within talking distance.
