Planning your rental
- Rent exactly the number of chairs you need, starting with one. Each chair is $1.50 with pickup or $2.00 when delivered, plus a location-based delivery fee. These are alternative rental rates for the whole agreed period; there is no required set.
- Use the chairs in ceremony rows or around your own tables. Leave space for aisles and check your venue's seating layout before choosing a quantity.
- The rental is for a plain white folding chair. Cushions, covers, tables and décor are not included.
- Use a firm, level surface outdoors. For pickup, check the quantity and your vehicle's loading space with us instead of assuming a fixed number will fit.
Send your rental dates, quantity and pickup or delivery preference with your request. We confirm availability, the refundable deposit and any delivery charge before you book. See our rental FAQs for more details.
