Choose the room before the furniture
Measure the usable space after allowing for coats, existing furniture, food service and movement. A room advertised for a certain guest count may have less dining space once those areas are included. Check the venue’s approved layout and count the furniture it already supplies before ordering extra pieces.
Match the arrangement to the gathering
For a family meal, start with seated dining places. For a mingling reception, plan resting seats and separate serving stations. A presentation needs sightlines and an agreed aisle layout. Our stock is 75 folding chairs, three 6-foot rectangle tables and three 60-inch rounds; the number of available dining places is lower than the chair count.
Plan the handover around winter access
Tell us about stairs, elevator reservations, loading restrictions and the room’s opening and closing times. Arrange a clear route with your host or building manager and discuss weather-related access problems early. Pickup chairs are $1.50 each; delivered chairs are $2 each plus a separate location-based delivery fee. Rates cover the agreed rental period, with availability and a refundable deposit confirmed separately.

- Can the furniture be used indoors?
- Yes. Our folding chairs and tables can be requested for indoor gatherings. Check your venue’s furniture and floor-protection requirements with us before booking.
- Do you rent heaters, tents or winter decorations?
- No. Our rental inventory is folding chairs, rectangle tables and round tables. Heating, decor, linens and other equipment must be arranged separately.
