Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Confirm the building rules first
Ask management whether outside rental furniture is permitted and whether the building has vendor paperwork or insurance requirements. Share those requirements before booking so we can confirm whether we can meet them. A room reservation does not necessarily include an elevator, loading space or permission to store furniture overnight.
Count usable furniture, not just listed furniture
Check the room in person when possible. Existing lounge seats may work for conversation but not at a dining table. Keep the kitchen entrance, coat area and balcony access clear. For an extra dining group of 16, two rounds with 16 chairs give a starting layout; a rectangle can serve as a cake or food station if the room has space.
Connect the delivery and collection windows
Provide the building entrance, loading instructions, elevator dimensions and reservation times privately with your request. Name the person meeting the delivery. Check when the room must be empty: next-day collection needs explicit permission if your room booking ends that evening. Initial setup and collection arrangements must be agreed before the booking is confirmed.

- Can you deliver upstairs?
- Describe the floor, elevator, stairs and loading route with your request. We confirm access, timing and the delivery quote before accepting the booking.
- Can I leave the rentals in the room overnight?
- Only if building management permits it and it matches your agreed rental and collection arrangements. Do not assume an evening room booking includes overnight storage.
