Decide which activities need tables
A seated meal, craft activity and cake display each occupy furniture differently. If one table will serve more than one purpose, plan when it will be cleared and who will do it. Keep gift bags and coats out of the walking space, and allow guests to move when chairs are pulled back.
Plan for the people actually using the chairs
Count adults and children separately when thinking about seating and supervision. Our standard folding furniture is not child-sized equipment; we do not supply highchairs or booster seats. Parents and hosts should arrange suitable seating for younger children and confirm the room layout with the venue.
Keep cake and dining space separate
For 16 dining guests, two round tables and 16 chairs can be a starting point. A rectangle provides a separate cake, gift or refreshment station, but not all three at once unless its layout allows it. Measure the room before choosing this arrangement. Delivery access and any post-party collection deadline must be confirmed with the building contact.

- No. The rental covers the agreed chairs and tables. You arrange balloons, decorations, linens and serving equipment separately.

- Yes. Request the quantity you need and check how the chairs fit with your own tables. Availability is confirmed for the full rental period.
