The June rush, and booking around it
Graduation season packs every weekend from late May through June, and chairs run out. If your date is in that window, request a quote as soon as the school confirms it — a quote holds nothing, but it puts you first in line when you do book. Birthdays spread more evenly through the year, though summer long weekends fill early too.
Casual seating that still looks like a party
A birthday or grad party is usually stand-and-mingle with somewhere to sit and eat. The practical setup is rectangles: one long run for the food, a couple more with chairs for the people who want to sit, and chairs scattered in groups for everyone else. Rectangles at $10 keep the cost down, and the white chairs photograph cleanly with whatever colour the balloons are.
Pickup vs delivery for a smaller party
For a party of thirty or forty, pickup can be the better deal: it's free from our Scarborough base, and forty folded chairs fit in a car with the seats down. Delivery is $2.00 per chair plus a location fee, worth it when there are tables in the order or you'd rather not lift anything. We'll lay out both options on the quote.

- How far ahead should I book a graduation party?
- As soon as you have the date — late May and June weekends book out. A quote request costs nothing and puts you at the front of the line.
- Can I pick up a small order myself?
- Yes, and pickup is free. Around forty folded chairs fit in a sedan with the seats down; tables need a larger vehicle or delivery.
- How much do tables and chairs cost to rent?
- Chairs are $1.50 each, rectangle tables $10.00 and round tables $12.00 — for the whole rental, not per day. Delivery is $2.00 per chair plus a fee based on your location; pickup from us in Scarborough is free.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Cancellations need to be in writing and approved — at least 24 hours ahead for pickup orders and 48 hours ahead for delivery orders. The full policy is on our terms page.
