Prepare the route with the building contact
Identify the loading entrance and the route to the event room, including steps, ramps and elevators. Arrange clear, usable access with the owner or manager and tell us about any restrictions. Keep coats, mats and personal items out of the carrying route. If weather affects access, contact us to discuss the agreed arrangement rather than assuming the same timing will still work.
For self-pickup, check enclosed transport space
Confirm furniture dimensions and loading requirements before choosing a vehicle. Allow space for the quantities ordered and arrange appropriate protection and secure transport. Do not rely on a generic chair count fitting every car. Pickup is arranged in Scarborough; the exact pickup location is shared privately once arrangements are confirmed, not published on the website.
Confirm both ends of the rental
Give the rental start and return dates, room access window and handover contact. Pickup chairs are $1.50 each; delivered chairs are $2 each plus the separately quoted location fee. A refundable deposit is separate. Read your booking terms for changes and cancellations: this guide does not promise a weather exception, free extension or guaranteed service during severe weather.
