A useful delivery request includes more than the address. Explain how the furniture reaches the event space and when the venue allows access.

Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Describe the entire access route
Include the unloading point, floor, stairs, elevator and narrow gates or corridors. Ask managed buildings about loading or elevator bookings. We use these details to confirm the location fee and arrangements; every access condition should not be assumed covered by a standard delivery.
Agree the initial layout
Tell us whether chairs go in rows or around tables, and which tables are for dining, food or displays. Delivery includes agreed setup and return collection. A later room changeover or extra visit needs discussion before booking. Personal decorations and styling are not part of furniture setup.
Keep collection practical
Provide a contact who can give access when furniture is collected. Confirm closing time and remove personal belongings from the furniture beforehand. Outdoors, arrange your weather backup with the host or venue; we do not supply tents or promise suitability for every surface or condition.

- What does delivery cost?
- Chairs cost $2 each delivered; rectangles remain $10 and rounds $12. A location fee and refundable deposit are separate, confirmed on the quote.
- Is a second layout during the party included?
- Not automatically. Discuss any changeover or extra visit before booking so the arrangements can be confirmed.
