Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Presentation seats or working tables?
Rows suit a presentation where people mainly listen. If attendees need laptops, notebooks or lunch space, allow a working surface for each person. Dining capacity is not laptop capacity: measure the space needed for devices, cables and materials before choosing the table count.
Confirm building access
Ask management about any loading-bay or service-elevator booking procedures at your address. Share the floor, unloading point, access window and receiving contact before requesting delivery. Special access or supplier requirements need confirmation; we do not assume every building can accept the same arrangement.
Plan return around office hours
Tell us when the meeting ends and when the building can release the furniture. Avoid collection depending on a locked office or a contact who has gone home. Screens, sound equipment, power distribution and adjustable office chairs are not included in table and chair rentals.

- No. We rent white folding event chairs, without wheels or adjustable backs.
