Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Measure with chairs in use
A table may fit an empty room but leave too little space once guests sit. Account for pulled-out chairs, opening doors and routes to the kitchen. When combining a rental with your own table, check heights and widths instead of assuming they form a level continuous surface.
Allow for shared dishes
Platters, drinks and serving bowls reduce space for place settings. Plan around eight guests at a round and the conservative end of six to eight for a rectangle when dinner needs room. Joined rectangles lose some end seats; draw the actual arrangement before deciding the total.
Agree dates around the holiday
Include preferred pickup and return dates in the request. A holiday does not imply unrestricted access or automatic extra days. We confirm the entire rental period and schedule. For delivery, share the address and access information so the location fee can be quoted.

- Yes. Request the chairs needed for your existing table, subject to availability.
