Guest count, chair count and dining capacity are different numbers. Start with how people use the room and subtract suitable furniture you already have.

Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Count simultaneous seating needs
For a seated ceremony or meal, plan a place for everyone who needs one. For a drop-in event, estimate simultaneous attendance and consider guests needing seats. Include hosts and other participants rather than counting invitations alone, and arrange specialised seating separately.
Calculate dining places separately
Use eight places per round and a conservative six per separate rectangle as starting assumptions, then check settings and room fit. Three rounds and three rectangles give 42 places on those assumptions when available and all used for dining. Assigning one rectangle to the buffet reduces that example to 36.
Check the floor plan and stock limit
Draw tables, chairs in use, entrances and movement routes. Furniture counts do not establish approved room capacity; confirm the layout with the venue. We own 75 chairs and three tables of each shape. Larger seated meals need existing tables or additional supply before relying on our inventory.

- Does 75 chairs mean 75 dinner places?
- No. Chair inventory and dining-table capacity differ. Our six tables provide fewer dining places; serving tables reduce that further.
- Can I request spare chairs?
- Include them in the total quantity you request. Later increases require stock and scheduling confirmation.
