Round or rectangle tables: which fits your event?
Choose by the table’s job and your available space. Both shapes work for meals, but their layout and seating tradeoffs are different.

Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Rounds for groups facing one another
Our rounds are 60 inches across and cost $12 each. Plan eight dining places; ten is a closer fit with less space for settings. Three owned rounds provide 24 places at eight each when available. Measure space around seated guests as well as the tabletop diameter.
Rectangles for meals or stations
Six-foot rectangles cost $10 each and provide roughly six to eight dining places depending on layout. They also suit buffet, cake or registration stations. Joining tables end to end removes some end seats, so draw the actual arrangement instead of simply multiplying maximum seating.
Mix shapes without double-counting
Two rounds can seat 16 guests while a rectangle serves as a buffet. That rectangle adds no dining places while holding food. Chairs rent separately; linens are not supplied. We own three tables of each shape, so confirm full dates before relying on a particular mix.

- No. Our table capacity is lower than our 75-chair inventory, especially when some tables are used for serving.
