Build the equipment subtotal first, then account for the quoted delivery fee and refundable deposit. All amounts here are CAD for the whole agreed rental period.

Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Choose the chair rate once
Pickup chairs cost $1.50 each. Delivered chairs cost $2 each, replacing the pickup rate. Fifty chairs therefore cost $75 for pickup or $100 delivered before the location fee and refundable deposit. The two chair rates are never added together.
Add the tables you need
Rectangles cost $10 each and rounds $12 each for either fulfilment option. Three rectangles cost $30; three rounds cost $36. Count serving, display and dining tables separately. Available quantities depend on the full rental dates, so a calculation alone does not reserve equipment.
Read the final quote
For delivery, the address and access arrangements determine a separate location fee. The refundable deposit is separate from rental charges. Examples do not set a deposit amount or payment schedule; use the confirmed quote and agreement for the amount due and all booking conditions.

- Are these daily prices?
- No. Each item is priced for the whole agreed rental period. Start and return dates must both be confirmed.
- Is the location fee included in the $2 chair rate?
- No. Two dollars is the delivered chair rental rate. A location-based fee is added separately to the booking.
