Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Choose lunch seating or a mingling layout
For a seated meal, subtract usable dining places already available from the number of attendees. For a mingling event, provide places to rest and put refreshments within easy reach. Do not count meeting-room chairs twice if staff will still be using that room during the celebration.
Give catering a workable serving area
Ask the caterer how much table space the food service needs and who supplies linens and serving equipment. A rectangle used for food cannot also seat employees at the same time. Three rounds can provide 24 dining places at eight per table, with a rectangle for a separate serving station when the room has enough space.
Coordinate with facilities before booking
Confirm supplier entry, reception sign-in, elevator access and any loading limits. Share required vendor paperwork before requesting final confirmation. Give both the event organiser and building contact the agreed delivery and collection window. After-hours access, same-night collection and last-minute changes are arrangements to confirm, not included promises.

- Do you provide catering or holiday decor?
- No. We provide folding chairs and tables, with delivery and initial setup when agreed. Catering, decorations and other equipment are arranged separately.
- Can delivery happen outside office hours?
- Include the requested access window with your enquiry. Timing and the location-based fee must be confirmed before booking.
