Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Get a furniture list from the hall
Ask which tables and chairs are included and available for your particular booking. Confirm their sizes and whether another group will be using them. Order the shortfall rather than estimating from total attendance. Our six tables are a limited stock, so a large hall banquet may need more dining furniture than we can provide.
Separate seating from service stations
A welcome desk and refreshment table need their own space and should not be counted as dining places. A 30-person seated programme could use 30 chairs plus two rectangles for check-in and refreshments. That example is for presentation seating, not a seated meal. Use the hall’s approved layout and leave its required routes and exits clear.
Fit setup and clearing into your hired time
Confirm when someone with keys will open the hall, which door accepts deliveries and when all hired furniture must be removed. Include time for your own decorations and clearing. If the hall needs additional supplier documents, share the requirements before booking. We are an independent furniture rental business and do not represent or endorse a particular hall.

- Do you book the hall for us?
- No. You arrange the venue and permission for outside furniture. We quote the chairs and tables and any agreed delivery service.
- Can you supply an entire large hall banquet?
- Our total stock is 75 chairs, three rectangle tables and three rounds, subject to availability. Tell us the seated dining count so we can check whether the available tables meet your needs.
