Plan for dinner and the hours afterward
An evening may move from a seated meal to conversation and music. Decide where furniture can remain without blocking routes, and provide resting seats even if some guests will stand. Any rearrangement after the initial setup is the host’s plan unless an extra visit has been specifically agreed.
Keep the buffet out of the dining count
For a brunch using your own dining table, renting only extra chairs and one buffet rectangle may be enough. A request for 12 chairs and one rectangle adds seating to existing tables; it does not create 12 new dining-table places. Count the usable places on your own tables before ordering.
Agree on holiday returns in advance
Include December 31 and January 1 where relevant, along with the actual pickup and return dates. Do not assume midnight collection or holiday-day opening. If a condo room must be cleared immediately after the event, resolve storage and collection arrangements before booking. Weather and building access concerns should be discussed before the handover.

- Is collection at midnight included?
- No. Collection timing is agreed in advance. Tell us your venue deadline so we can confirm whether the requested arrangement is possible.
- Are prices charged per day over New Year’s?
- The published furniture rates cover the agreed rental period. Share all dates for confirmation; extensions or changed arrangements must be agreed separately.
