Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Work from the venue’s approved plan
Confirm the ceremony space, guest count and any seating already supplied. Discuss aisle positions, accessible spaces and sightlines with the venue and organiser. We do not set a room’s permitted occupancy. Keep space for the ceremony participants and entrance route when deciding how many chairs fit.
Separate ceremony seats from reception dining
Forty chairs may suit a 40-guest seated ceremony if the approved room layout allows it. Adding one rectangle creates a possible welcome or signing station, not dining places for those guests. If the same event includes a meal, check the available dining tables separately; our total of six tables cannot automatically seat every ceremony guest.
Decide who handles any room changeover
If the room changes from ceremony seating to a reception, plan who will move furniture and where it can be stored temporarily. Delivery includes only the initial setup and collection arrangements agreed in the quote. A second visit or changeover service is not assumed. Share venue access times and supplier requirements before booking.

- Do you provide wedding styling or an arch?
- No. We supply the agreed folding chairs and tables. Arrange styling, linens, arches and other ceremony equipment separately.
- Can you reset the room after the ceremony?
- Do not assume a changeover visit is included. Explain the timing and work required so we can confirm what is possible before booking.
