Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Work backwards from the ceremony
If everyone will be away during setup, arrange access through an authorised host or venue contact. Share the allowed delivery window and expected guest arrival time. Do not assume a venue will accept furniture without someone present or that delivery can happen during a service.
Count adults and children in the layout
Count everyone needing a dining place and identify specialised seating arranged separately. Our chairs are standard event chairs; we do not rent high chairs or child-sized furniture. Leave practical space for pushchairs without blocking circulation routes, and check the layout with the host.
Keep food service separate
Decide whether guests collect food from a buffet or share dishes at dining tables. Three rounds provide 24 places at eight each if available. A rectangle used for food, cake or gifts is additional to those dining tables and should have a defined purpose in the plan.
