Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Decide whether the meal is seated
A reception with refreshments differs from a sit-down dinner. Count people who need seats during speeches, then count dining places separately. If reusing chairs between spaces, assign someone to move them and allow time. A second setup visit is not automatically included.
Keep a clear focal point
Choose where speakers will stand before placing tables. Avoid tall decorations between seating and that spot. Rectangle tables can serve as food stations; rounds let small groups face one another. We do not supply a stage, sound system, bar or cocktail-height tables.
Combine venue furniture with rentals
If the venue already has tables, request the extra chairs or serving surfaces you need. Our 75 chairs and three tables of each shape are not a complete dining setup for 75 guests. Check venue inventory before ordering additional furniture from us or another supplier.

- Can I request chairs without dining tables?
- Yes. Chairs rent individually. Include quantity, complete rental dates and pickup or delivery preference.
- Do you have cocktail tables?
- No. Our current table options are 6-foot rectangles and 60-inch rounds.
