Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Plan around the meal and activities
For a seated lunch, count a dining place for each guest. For a drop-in shower, decide how many people will sit at once and keep seats available for guests who need them. Leave the gift-opening area visible from the seating rather than filling the centre with a serving table.
Give each table one job
Three round tables provide 24 dining places at eight guests per table when all three are available. A separate rectangle can hold gifts or refreshments. If food and gifts are displayed simultaneously, decide whether you need two stations instead of assuming one table can do both jobs.
Make the setup fit the room
Check the route from unloading to the room, especially basement stairs and narrow doors. Allow space for chairs pulled away from tables and guests moving between activities. Tablecloths, backdrops, themed decorations and serving equipment are arranged separately; this rental supplies the tables and chairs.

- Are decorations included?
- No. We supply folding chairs and tables. Arrange decorations, linens and serving equipment separately.
- Can I use the chairs with my own tables?
- Yes. Request only the extra chairs you need and check their fit with your tables before finalising the layout.
