Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Map each station before ordering
Check-in, auction displays and food service may happen simultaneously. Assign a table to each and consider which stations can genuinely share. We own three rectangles and three rounds; a market with many vendor booths requires additional furniture beyond this inventory.
Separate rental costs from the deposit
Compare pickup equipment charges with delivered equipment charges plus the location fee. The refundable deposit is a separate amount under the agreement, not a discount or part of the example rental subtotal. A charitable discount is not assumed; request the exact items and dates for a confirmed quote.
Plan a reliable closing team
Name someone to remove personal displays, serving items and signage at the end. Agree collection or self-return before volunteers leave. For a shared hall, confirm the room-clearance deadline and access with the venue so furniture handover does not depend on an unavailable contact.
