Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Start with what is already available
Ask the hall, place of worship or host how many chairs and tables are available and whether they can be moved. Request the shortfall rather than a whole new setup. If attendance is uncertain, share an expected range; the confirmed quantity must fit available inventory.
Allow for conversation and refreshments
Small seated groups can suit a reception, while rows may help with shared remarks. Keep routes to refreshments clear and avoid placing a memory display in a narrow entrance. A rectangle provides a separate display surface, but flowers, frames, linens and serving items are not supplied.
Choose one handover contact
A named contact can confirm access, unloading and return arrangements. Include stairs, room location and venue closing time. For short-notice events, send the exact date and quantities so we can check stock and scheduling. Availability and delivery timing are not guaranteed until confirmed.
