Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Check the school inventory first
Ask which furniture can be used, where it can be placed and who moves it. Count additional adult seats and tables after that check. Our chairs are standard folding event chairs, not child-sized classroom furniture or specialist seating. The organiser should confirm what suits the participants.
Assign each station a table
Registration, refreshments and displays may need separate surfaces. Label each table’s purpose instead of counting every one as guest seating. Our three rectangles and three rounds suit a defined extra requirement; a large school-wide order may need additional supply beyond our stock.
Arrange permission and handover
Confirm approval, access times and supplier requirements with the school. Share the receiving contact, loading entrance and collection deadline. We do not claim partnerships with individual schools, and any special documentation or access condition must be discussed before booking.

- Are the chairs child-sized?
- No. We offer standard folding event chairs. Discuss suitable seating for younger children with the organiser.
- Can a school request all the equipment?
- Yes, but stock and full rental dates must be checked before confirmation. We own 75 chairs and three tables of each shape.
