Prices are for the whole agreed rental period, not per day. Choose the pickup or delivered chair rate above. Delivery also has a separate location-based fee, confirmed on your quote. Pickup in Scarborough has no collection fee. Full pricing details.
Allow room for the table setting
Tea cups, side plates, shared platters and flowers all use tabletop space. Plan our 60-inch rounds at eight places for a meal rather than the closer ten-person arrangement. Try the planned place setting on a comparable surface before deciding how much decoration the centre can hold.
Separate display space from seating
A cake table or gift display cannot also count as dining places while it is in use. Two rounds provide 16 dining places. A rectangle can hold one display station, with its approach kept clear for serving and photos. Any additional table depends on availability for your dates.
Coordinate with the host and venue
Confirm room access, who places linens and who clears personal decorations before collection. Delivery setup is agreed beforehand; styling is not included. If the host collects the furniture, confirm loading space and arrange the return time before the event day.
